Cabin Description:     This huge brick mountain cabin is located on 5 secluded acres yet still close to the Shenandoah River. This country getaway is then surrounded by thousands of acres of the George Washington National Forest, in the foothills of Massanutten Mountain. Sporting a large indoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi hot tub, this country getaway is ideal for company offsite gatherings as well as a romantic escape.  There are 3 huge decks, 2 concrete, torch lit patios, each with umbrella covered picnic tables and a screened in porch, providing 6 independent outdoor recreational personalities, all combining to make this property a truly magnificent vacation destination. While this facility is certainly fantastic for large, one-day gatherings, it only sleeps up to 10 guests, 2 of which must provide their own sleeping bags to sleep an a couch or the floor.

There are 2 main bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds and the other with 2 twin beds. The third bedroom, with a queen bed, is in a luxurious, air conditioned loft accessed via a spiral staircase, with its own TV and overlooks the den. The den has a gas log fireplace. The main large living room/dining area also has a gas log fireplace and an upright piano. The eat-in kitchen with all new appliances has a large table and chairs as well as an island with tall stools.

When not bathing in the (swim suit optional) pool or relaxing in the Jacuzzi, you can enjoy fishing, canoeing, tubing in the Shenandoah River, a short jaunt from the cabin. If getting closer to nature interests you, there are an abundance of  well kept trails for hiking, hunting, biking and picnicking.
