Nestle in at "The Perch" with our nesting wrens and soaring hawks at 3800' Elevation with
an awesome view on Grassy Mountain. Split level 2 bedroom, Queen and Double size beds upstairs and a Queen size on the lower floor, 2 baths with showers, stone fireplace, lots of wood & glass, 2 decks, and 2 kitchens.
Available depending on season and supply... organically grown vegetables and home brew can be provided.

A reservation deposit of 50% is required to secure the reservation. The balance is Due 30 days prior to arrival. CASH, Certified Check, or travelers checks are acceptable at check in. The Deposit will be refunded in full if written cancellation is received 30 days prior to contract arrival dates.
