From west (Luray or New Market): proceed on Route 211 and past the intersection of Route 340, travel east past the Shenandoah National Park Headquarters on the left. Then go past the gift shop on the left. Turn right on the first dirt road (Jewell Hollow Access Road) and go 0.4 miles over the bridge to Jewell Hollow Road, turn left. Go 0.8 miles and turn right at the two stone piers on Jewell Road. Jewell Hollow Cabin is on the right.

From east (Warrenton and Sperryville): proceed on Route 211 past Panorama at Skyline Drive and travel west 2.8 miles. Turn left onto the dirt road (Jewell Hollow Access Road) (almost a U turn) and go 0.4 miles over the bridge to Jewell Hollow Road, turn left. Go 0.8 miles and turn right at the two stone piers onto Jewell Road. Jewell Hollow Cabin is on the right. NOTE: If you miss the dirt road, turn around at the gift shop on the right and follow directions from west above.
