Cottage Description:
Autumn Ridge, locate just 2 miles south of downtown Historic Lexington, is situated on a very secluded 40 acre ridge surrounded by grassy fields and woodlands. The Blue Ridge Mountains can be seen in the distance. The Bayberry Cottage, the largest at Autumn Ridge, features three separate rooms along with a full bath with shower over tub. The great room contains a comfortable seating around the fireplace and TV and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a king size northern white cedar log bed in the separate bedroom and the third room, the Garden room, contains an oversize double Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Bayberry Cottage is designed as a secluded getaway for 1 or 2 adults and is open year round.
Although the cottage is new construction, it is designed with that old, rustic mountain feeling of the past. The exterior siding is cedar clapboard with cedar trim. The interior is all wood paneled and finished in golden oak, tastefully furnished, comfortably outfitted and features a collection of antique sporting equipment. The cottage has a furnished front porch and a rear deck. Relax and enjoy the view!
